I'm Caitlin Lavelle, owner of Lavelle Yoga Fitness (LYF). I'm a certified NASM Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, a Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher, and I have a few other fun modality certifications up my sleeve like TRX STC, RIP, ANIMAL FLOW I and II, Pre-/Post-Natal Specialization, etc.
Before I founded LYF, I worked 1:1 with clients as an Elite Personal Trainer at a big box gym in NYC. I created, tested and perfected a program designed specifically to help people like you achieve lofty fitness goals.
Something was missing though...I LOVE work 1:1 with clients because I can zero in on exactly what they need and guide them to their goals quickly. But I ALSO adore the way group fitness classes have such powerful energy that inspires people to reach new heights. Group fitness class is where I fell in love with movement and transformed my life and I adore guiding group classes.
