HOW TO PREP

  • HYDRATE

The key to a healthy body is staying hydrated. So be sure to have water before, during, and after your session.

  • SNACK

I recommend eating a light protein snack / shake 30 minutes before and after your class or session (cardio participants may want to avoid eating 2 hours prior). 

  • CLOTHING

You'll prefer a tee or tank on top, form-fitting pants or shorts on the bottom and form fitting undergarments. We train barefoot so let your toes run wild. 

  • HYDRATE

  • RUNNING LATE

If you're up to 5 minutes behind, please come to the session. Please call or text me your ETA as soon as you can. 

We can work on technique of a specific exercise, focus on stretching, breathing or corrective exercise techniques. Doing something is better than nothing!

 

POLICIES

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to LYF classes and sessions.
  • Classes and sessions start on time. You have a 5 minute grace period to enter class after the start time. LYF does not allow late access after the 5 minute grace period.
  • LYF classes and sessions are barefoot; mats and props are not provided unless otherwise stated.
  • After class please wipe down your mat and properly store any and all LYF or studio props where they belong.
  • Feel free to bring a bottle of water and a small towel (it will get sweaty!).
  • Please silence your phone upon entering and do not bring into class.
  • LYF only accepts Credit/Debit cards or Venmo for payments. We do not accept cash, QuickPay, PayPal etc. 
  • All purchases are non-refundable & non-transferable.
  • Payment plans auto-renew as scheduled. Sessions and classes do not roll over except on a case-by-case medical emergency*. 
  • To cancel the remainder of your membership, you must provide written notice 30 days before next cycle via email to caitlin@lavelleyogafitness.com. Any billing dates within those 30 days will be automatically charged. 
 

NO-SHOWS & LATE CANCEL POLICY

 If you miss or cancel a LYF session or class within 24 hours of the start time, it will be forfeited. LYF apologizes but we cannot make any exceptions.

You can purchase and schedule 1:1 session(s) with Caitlin to make up for your missed class(es) and/or session(s).

If you have to defer out of a LYF membership for more than one week because of a medical emergency you'll receive an opportunity to access future programs so you can pick up where you left off*

*At LYF's discretion and pending a doctor's letter confirming any and all exercise is contraindicated, period of rest required AND a second letter clearing you to resume general exercise and recommendations for regressions.
