- Work and/or live near the host studio or gym
- Can attend the scheduled time slots
- Do not have any injuries, are pre- or post-natal, or major exercise contraindications
- Can perform basic functional movements* without major compromises or pain
*squats, lunges, planks, push-ups, rows (pulling), using 10+ lb weights, etc.
